After her abduction Morgan's mother Colleen realized the need for an organization to provide immediate assistance to the families of missing children. Therefore, The Morgan Nick foundation was started in 1996. The Morgan Nick Foundation focuses it's efforts on Intervention, Education, and Legislation.
